Publish a class
Optional — a class needs no room.
Mindbody pay rate slot. The rate names live in Mindbody's
back office and no API exposes them, so these are numbered only.
Mindbody also holds a separate "how many can book
online" figure, which this API cannot set — a class published here has it at 0 and cannot
be booked online until someone raises it in the back office.
Mindbody does not return this on a schedule, so its current
setting cannot be shown here.
Publishing creates the class in Mindbody immediately, but it will not appear in the table below until the mirror syncs.
